farmer applies modern progressive lines with vintage overtones to our jeans. our complex design concepts and stitch detail transform into a timeless product. our product has color coded rags, signature characteristics, and no visible labels, which make our jeans distinctively recognizable as “farmer”. our fabric selection is based on traditional indigo denim that is rich in color and rugged in construction. at farmer you will not find fabricated contrived washes. our objective is to keep our jeans as natural as possible as if you found it in a fleamarket. farmer jeans are meant to look old and age as if they had been worn naturally. we feel that quality of denim and design are the ultimate facet in denim manufacturing. washing is secondary; if you take the time to properly age your jeans then they will reward you by looking beautiful.
we are an eco friendly company, doing our part to preserve our precious eco-system, certain components of our product are made of recycled, reclaimed or deadstock materials. once a year we search high and low for limited, special deadstock denim and produce a jeans specifically designed to progress the development of society. proceeds from the sale of our limited runs are dedicated to youth development; this ensures that tomorrow will always be a better place.
