We offer FREE UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states and Canada. Every order is shipped with a return label for returns and exchanges. Pleas allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your order. All California orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

What does a sustainable jean mean?
Farmer jeans are designed from materials that are considered unused materials. At Farmer we focus on waste free hardware, reclaimed pocket lining, on the floor thread, and deadstock denim fabric or organic fabric. We believe in the preservation of our precious eco system and continue the commitment to minimizing our environmental impact.

Do you use chemicals to age your Jeans?
Absolutely no chemicals are used in our process, we encourage our customers to buy them raw and wear them to create their own personal wear and tear. In the event that we do wash our jeans, we use all natural processes that are accomplished by hand and recycled water.

Why are some waist sizes are not listed?
At times we do run out of stock on sizes. When that happens we remove the size listing. Also, our jeans are limited designs, so eventually we’ll end production of a style. At which time the more common sizes will run out first.

My jeans don’t fit. Can I get another size?
Yes you can, provided that the style you ordered is available in another size. Follow instructions listed below for shipping back to Farmer Industry.

Can I exchange my old jeans? “Archive trade in program”
Farmer Industry guarantees our jeans for the life of the jean. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the jean, return it for exchange only. We will make ever attempt to replace your jeans with the same style. If your style is no longer available, Farmer will replace it with a current style and fit (i.e. boot, straight, slim). CAUTION!!! Our jeans are designed to be collected and are coded with symbols that are limited to each lot of jeans produced. So, over time your jeans may be worth more!!! We advise that you do some research on vintage collectables jeans before you make your decision.

What is the exchange and returns policy for the online store?
Farmer Industry will exchange or issue a full refund for all non-sale items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Items received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion. Credit card billing information is not kept on file by Farmer Industry. Refunds are issued in the form of a check.

How do I ship back an item?
All domestic orders are shipped with UPS return shipping labels. To return an item back to Farmer Industry, simply pack your item up with the return form filled out, a copy of the invoice and affix the UPS shipping label. If you do not have a return form, a pdf can be downloaded from this page or requested via email service@farmerusa.com. We are not responsible for shipping charges paid for by the customer.

How do I change or cancel an order?
To cancel an order you please contact Farmer Industry via email as soon as possible. If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service by email or phone as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
